Chief Executive’s Notes.

MEMBERS’ ENGAGEMENT
To date, several ISP branches have had their Annual
General Meeting (AGM) and many are planning to
have their AGMs two months before ISP’s AGM
in July 2021. One of the key issues faced by many
branches over the years is the participation of
members in AGM, branch meeting and activities.
The number of members attending AGMs is
not very encouraging and therefore needs to be

and goals. We at ISP will continuously contribute to
the development and success of the society. With this

who has also played a critical and valuable role in

Chairman’s Notes.

This year is a significant year for the Incorporated
Society of Planters (ISP). It is celebrating its 100
years of existence. The celebration started with the
ISP Centenary Golf Tournament on the 13th of July
followed by the 9th International Planters Conference
on the 15th – 16th of July 2019. The successful
conference highlighted the transformations needed
to confront multidimensional challenges in the
planting industry. It was graced by Duli Yang Maha
