Please find attached herein a circular dated 21st December 2022 from the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) which we have received today on the deferment of the enforcement dates for the Additional Licencing Conditions for refiners, importers and exporters of PPO and PPKO products as a measure to ensure food safety requirements along the whole palm oil supply chain. Henceforth, the previous MPOB Circular Ref. No. MPOB 03/2020 [Pk (EL) MPOB 02/2020] dated 28th September 2020 are hereby cancelled.
