The 2nd batch of the ISPM International Senior Management Programme was successfully conducted from 20 to 22 November 2025 at Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya, with the final day at SD-Guthrie Bukit Talang Estate plantation site. 41 participants registered for this programme, with 10 of them from PT Sinarmas, Indonesia.
This three-day programme, specially designed for plantation senior executives and aspiring leaders, brought together participants from various plantation companies and agencies to strengthen their management, operational, and leadership capabilities. The sessions were led by an esteemed panel of trainers, Dato’ Dr. Mohamad Hashim Ahmad Tajudin, Dr. Ramesh Veloo, and Dr. N. M. Thangaraj, who shared their extensive field experience and practical insights into modern plantation management.
Throughout the programme, participants engaged in interactive classroom discussions, group case studies, and hands-on field assessments focusing on key areas such as strategic decision-making, financial analysis, agronomic standards, leadership, and succession planning. The field visit at PKPS allowed participants to observe real plantation operations, analyse field conditions, and apply the knowledge gained from the classroom sessions.
The closing ceremony was attended by Datuk Haji Daud Amatzin, Chairman of ISP, who delivered the closing remarks.
