On 22 February 2025, The Durian Investment & Cultivation Seminar (Part 2 + Refresher), organized by the ISP Selangor/Wilayah Persekutuan Branch, concluded successfully at Dewan Perdana FELDA, Kuala Lumpur, attracting approximately 210 participants from across the industry. Opening remarks were given by Dr. Ramesh Veloo, the chairman of ISP Selangor/Wilayah Persekutuan Branch and officiated by Tn. Hj. Mohd Fadzil Hitam, ISPM Chairman and Mr. Rajindran Irusan, the CE of ISP.

The seminar brought together plantation owners, investors, and durian enthusiasts eager to gain insights into the latest cultivation techniques, investment opportunities, and industry trends. Participants benefited from a series of engaging sessions led by renowned experts, including Mr. Lim Chin Khee, Mr. Lam Fei Eng, Mr. Simon Chin, and Dr. Ramesh Veloo, who shared their expertise on key topics such as durian orchard planning, investment strategies, agronomic best practices, and downstream business opportunities.
