The ISP Board of Directors Meeting was held on 6 December 2025 at ISP Headquarters, with strong participation from Board members attending both physically and online. The hybrid format enabled broad engagement and ensured continuity of governance despite members’ varied schedules and geographical locations.

The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of ISP, Datuk Haji Daud Amatzin, who presided over the session online. Despite his busy schedule, the Chairman continued to lead the meeting remotely, reflecting his strong commitment to the organisation. Also attending online was the Chief Executive of ISP, Dr. Ramesh Veloo, who joined the meeting from Australia and contributed actively to the discussions.

The meeting was also attended physically by Dr. Shermal Perera, Chairman of the ISP Africa Chapter. His presence demonstrated a strong commitment to the development of the ISP Africa Chapter and underscored the importance of international collaboration within the Society.

Subsequently, the chairmanship of the meeting was handed over to the Vice Chairman of ISP, Tuan Haji Fadzil Hitam, who was present physically at ISP Headquarters and chaired the remainder of the meeting.

Key agenda items discussed during the meeting included current ISP matters, updates from ISP branches, initiatives and strategies aimed at enhancing and improving ISP members, as well as strategic directions for the future of the Society. The discussions reflected the Board’s collective commitment to strengthening the organisation and supporting the professional growth and development of its members.

The meeting concluded with alignment on priorities and follow-up actions. ISP extends its appreciation to all Directors for their active participation and continued dedication to the governance and advancement of the Society.
