The two programmes specially developed to cater all those needs is :-<\/p><ol><li><strong>Certificate in Plantation Management (CPM) <\/strong>&#8211; a steppingstone for those in the general staff Management (CPM)<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Admission Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>** SPM\/STPM <strong>or<\/strong> With working experience of at least 6 months and above in the plantation or agricultural industry.<\/p><p><strong>Programme Overview<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>The course conducted on weekends with classroom hours totalling 140 hours covering 10 modules.<\/li><li>The programme spread over a period of 5 to 6 months.<\/li><li>Programme methodology \u2013 lectures\/discussions, case studies, workshops, assignments and examinations.<\/li><li>The participants who have completed the programme could proceed to take up our LISP examinations by applying for studentship.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p><strong>Educational\u00a0Programmes\u00a0conducted by\u00a0The Incorporated Society of Planters\u00a0(ISP)<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><br \/>Professional Diplomas of The ISP<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>LISP and AISP Examinations\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>These examinations are mainly catered for Members of ISP who work in the plantation industry as Executives and above.<\/p><p><strong>Certificate in Plantation Management (CPM)<\/strong><\/p><p>An avenue has been created for candidates who pass the CPM examination to further their qualifications. Holders of CPM certificates can qualify for \u2018Studentship\u2019 under the TES of ISP.
